From May 27th to 29th, the 2025 Russia Moscow Heat Supply and Power Machinery Exhibition was grandly held at the IEC Exhibition Center. As a technological leader in China's high-performance metal component additive manufacturing sector, Huirui Group made a splendid appearance at the exhibition, showcasing multiple innovative achievements in the thermoelectric field.
During the exhibition, Huirui Group, leveraging its unique technological and process advantages in the field of thermoelectric power equipment repair as well as its extensive range of application cases, attracted numerous international clients to stop and engage in discussions. Its technical team provided in-depth explanations of the distinctive advantages of laser additive manufacturing in the repair of complex structures and customized remanufacturing, using typical application cases from the power and petrochemical sectors as examples. In addition, addressing the industry pain points of easy wear and high repair costs for thermoelectric power equipment under extreme operating conditions such as high temperatures, high pressures, and high speeds, Huirui Group focused on the repair challenges of key components in steam turbines and engines. Based on laser additive manufacturing technology, the Group innovatively developed a composite process technology with properties of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance, achieving performance upgrades and lifespan extensions for core components of thermoelectric power equipment, thereby effectively enhancing the operational efficiency of enterprise clients in the thermoelectric industry.
Looking ahead, Huirui Group will continue to delve deeply into laser metal additive manufacturing technology to empower the rapid development of the thermoelectric power equipment sector. Simultaneously, we look forward to collaborating with our international clients and partners to jointly pursue development and contribute to the advancement of the heat supply and power machinery industry.
