Developed to address technical challenges in fine powder conveying and high-risk production requirements, the double-barrel rotary explosion-proof powder feeder is compatible with fine powders ranging from 1 to 300 μm. It integrates five core performances including explosion protection, high precision, anti-agglomeration, low residual volume and inert gas protection, thoroughly solving four major pain points of conventional equipment: powder clogging, dust emission, insufficient conveying accuracy and explosion hazards, thus delivering a compliant, efficient all-in-one solution for precision powder conveying.
Core powder-contacting components are made of 316L stainless steel, featuring acid and alkali resistance as well as corrosion resistance, suitable for various special powders. Equipped with a fully sealed cavity and inert gas protection system, the equipment achieves zero gas leakage, prevents powder oxidation, and ensures production safety and powder purity. Fitted with two independent 5L powder barrels and an explosion-proof servo drive system, it is also equipped with intelligent heating stirring, low-level early warning and real-time pressure monitoring modules with high intrinsic safety.
It is widely applied in lithium battery, 3D printing, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, and applicable to the conveying of flammable, explosive and moisture-prone ultrafine powders such as ferrocene, metal micropowder and graphite powder.
